Injury Law
We offer ‘no win, no fee’ legal services when appropriate and when we believe that your case is reasonably likely to be successful. This arrangement applies to our professional fees – the charges for work performed by our team. However, it’s important to note that in most cases, disbursements (out-of-pocket expenses paid to third parties) must be paid whether you win or lose your case.
Our ‘no win, no fee’ service is available for the following areas of law:
- Workplace Injury
- Road Accidents
- Sexual Assault
- Police Misconduct
- Public place injury (Slip, Trip or Fall)
- Childhood Abuse
This fee structure is designed to provide access to justice for those who might otherwise be unable to afford legal representation. It demonstrates our confidence in our ability to achieve positive outcomes for our clients while sharing the financial risk of litigation.
Employment Law
At Yarn Legal, we offer transparent and flexible fee structures for our employment law services. Our initial 1-hour consultation is priced at $440, providing you with an opportunity to discuss your case and understand your legal options.
For those seeking a quick review of employment-related documents, we offer a contract review and email-only advice service for $640. This service involves a Principal Lawyer thoroughly examining your document and providing comprehensive email advice within 24 hours, without any telephone, video, or in-person interaction.
If you choose to proceed with our services beyond these initial offerings, we operate on an hourly rate basis. We believe in full transparency, so we’ll disclose our hourly rate upfront and provide you with a detailed estimate of the total legal fees for your specific matter. This approach ensures you have a clear understanding of the potential costs involved in your case from the outset.
